These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Angelic Whispers 26 (Sarah Andrews) website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Bookings and Payments
1.1. Only bookings with full payment will be accepted through the Website. Payment details and methods will be provided during the booking process.

1.2. All payments made through the Website are subject to the refund and cancellation policy, as specified on the Website.

1.3 Your appointment will only be rescheduled if the request to reschedule is 1 week or more, before your appointment. If you wish to cancel your appointment, cancellation must happen before a week before your appointment to receive a refund. If cancellation occurs less than a week before your appointment, the appointment will not be rescheduled or refunded.

1.4 If you cancel on the day of the appointment due to ill health, you will be offered a rescheduled date and time, once only for Readings, from Sarah Andrews (Angelic Whispers 26), for a time and date mutually convenient. If that rescheduled appointment is not attended, no further rescheduling will be offered, and the full cost of the appointment will be retained
by Sarah Andrews (Angelic Whispers 26).

A healing appointment that is cancelled due to ill health on the day of the appointment, will still go ahead with Sarah Andrews (Angelic Whispers 26) sending healing absently (meaning without your presence, but you will be sent the healing Distantly) instead.

1.5 If Sarah Andrews (Angelic Whispers 26) must cancel your appointment due to her ill health, she will offer you a rescheduled time and date for your appointment in the first instance, but if an alternative date or time is not convenient to you, a full refund will be issued.

1.6 If you cancel a booked course/workshop, this will result in Sarah Andrews (Angelic Whispers 26) retaining the deposit for the course/workshop.

1.7 If you do not attend a course or workshop, the course/workshop fee will still be payable to or retained by Sarah Andrews (Angelic Whispers 26).

1.8 If you cancel a course/workshop 3 weeks or less before the course/workshop commencement date, and the place on the course/workshop is not filled, the course fee will still be payable to or retained by Sarah Andrews (Angelic Whispers 26).

1.9 If you are unable to attend any of the 2-day courses, either within a small group or 1-1, (both days) due to your ill health, Sarah Andrews (Angelic Whispers 26) will offer alternative training options to you by offering to join her on her next online version of the course (if available). If an online version of the course is not available (Crystal Intuitive) you will be
offered a place on the next course when it is run with a discount of £50. The original course fee will not be refunded.

1.10 If you are unable to attend one of the days of the 2-day courses, either within a small
group or 1-1, due to your ill health, Sarah Andrews (Angelic Whispers 26) will offer alternative training options for you by offering to join her on her next online version of the course (if available) for the day that you missed. For Crystal Intuitive courses, a mutually agreed 1 hour appointment date and time will be offered to you, for a video call with Sarah
Andrews (Angelic Whispers 26) for her to summarise the content of the day that you missed, running through the manual and any relevant parts of the course that need explanation. If this video call is not taken up and one of the days of the course are missed, a certificate of completion for the course will not be issued.

1.11 If Sarah Andrews (Angelic Whispers 26) must cancel one of the days of a 2-day course, due to her ill health, she will offer you a place on her next course she is running at no cost to yourself. If this option is not convenient to you a mutually convenient time to run the day missed with yourself will be offered.

1.12 If Sarah Andrews (Angelic Whispers 26) must cancel the entire course of a 2-day course, due to her ill health, and a mutually convenient alternative date to run the course cannot be agreed with you, a full refund will be issued to you.

1.13 If Sarah Andrews (Angelic Whispers 26) must cancel one of the sessions of a 5- or 10- week course, due to her ill health, she will offer you the missed session at a mutually convenient time and date for all involved.

1.14 Consent Forms (where necessary) will be sent to you via email at least 2 days before your appointment (when appointment is booked in advance) and must be returned for Sarah Andrews; (Angelic Whispers 26) for her review by the morning of your appointment if returned electronically via email or brought with you to your appointment. Failure to provide a consent form will mean the appointment cannot continue.

2. Use of Website
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website.
2.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

2.4. You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with any other partys use of the Website.

3. Copyright and Images
3.1. All content, including text, graphics, images, and any other material on the Website, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without prior written consent from Sarah Andrews (Angelic Whispers 26).

3.2. Images used on the Website are either owned by Sarah Andrews, licensed from third- party sources, or used with permission. Unauthorised use of these images is prohibited.

4. Termination
4.1. Angelic Whispers 26 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

express or implied. Angelic Whispers 26 makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Website.

6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angelic Whispers 26 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Website.

7.1. Angelic Whispers 26 reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
